Atencion al cliente pesima, siempre con prisas en recepccion, cuando te atienden te ponen muchos problemas e inconvenientes sobre documentos y no se saben la ley de inmigracion no ayudan nada y son muy bordes no recomiendo

We sold our grandfathers apartment last month. He is from Holland and 92 years old. So he can not speak Spanish or French. We went with him for help. To sell the apartment and translate for him. Once at the notary, the notaris did not even take the time to say hello, or even introduce himself. After 20min my grandfather needed some water and had to ask for this himself. The rest of the people did not get any thing for the whole 2 hours. After 45 min waiting without any explanation, the notary started to talk to the buyers in French without even telling us where it was about. When I ask to do this in English he answered that he will not do that and only give a summary. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. He focussed the conversation on the buyers (who are paying mister notary) and talked very fast en short to my grandfather, even when we explained that he is 92 and can not understand anything, he did not took the professional state to talk to me as my grandfathers legal representation. When finally signed everything we are still waiting for all the official documents he would send by e-mail. They don't even send the document in English/French. When we ask for a translation they are not willing to help. So if you are a person from outside of Andorra, think twice before doing business. Because though the office looks nice, the service is very bad. In my experience it felt arrogant. We have to deal with a lot of notary in our profession, but never experienced this.
