During 2025 we hired Svedberg Interiors to furnish our new apartment. After several meetings we selected all the furniture and design elements we wanted. Unfortunately, from that point on the experience became extremely frustrating. 1. The installers hired by the company showed a very low level of professionalism. The furniture assembly was careless and poorly executed - many things were installed crooked or incorrectly. They also showed no respect for cleanliness; after they finished, everything was dirty, including the walls. 2. Around 80% of the furniture we ordered arrived with problems. Some parts had incorrect dimensions, and in other cases the order placed by Svedberg Interiors was simply wrong. We had to reorder pieces and wait months and months longer. 3. The installers also made serious mistakes during installation: cutting parts incorrectly and drilling holes in the wrong places. Each mistake meant waiting again for replacement parts from the factory. 4. With several pieces of furniture we were eventually so tired of waiting that we accepted them as they were, even though the result was clearly not correct. For the price we paid, the quality of the work is completely unacceptable. 5. The laundry installation arrived different from the original design, and currently it is only partially assembled. 6. Because of a large amount of additional work that was not our fault, I ended up paying extra simply to avoid further conflict. The final surprise was the price. My daughter accidentally broke a lamp, and we decided to purchase the same model ourselves. I found the exact same lamp from an official retailer in Italy and bought it with delivery to Andorra for 2.5 times less. It is hard to imagine the margins applied to the rest of the furniture given the level of service and quality. I waited several months before writing this review because I expected at least an apology for everything that happened. We never received one. If you are looking for something expensive, slow, and poorly executed, then Svedberg Interiors may be the right place. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
