Long short story, after two attempts and 1 hour and 40 minutes in a queue to collect my parcel from French post, The customs officers, incredibly rude tells me that they need an invoice and “way am I not bringing one”. As I mention this was not the first time that I went to collect my parcel, they could’ve mentioned that, they will need an invoice, in order to collect my parcel. I was with my nine month old twins and I begged customs officers, to please let me forward them the invoice electronically in the moment, instead of sending me home for a printed invoice, and I could collect my parcel , as it was lunchtime and Twins were very hungry. > You would think that would make someone a bit more compassion, complete the opposite, the customs officers (female), started embarrassing me and telling me that next time I should be more prepared and bring food for the kids, what type of mum am I. > Absolutely disgusted that anyone has the audacity to speak with anyone like that I have called to complain about the incident and they asked me to come personally to their office In Escaldes. Next morning I went, and I spoke to the person in charge and their answer was as disappointing as their colleague behaviour. The gentleman in charge basically told me that he spoke with this lady, and she denies everything, since he knows her and he doesn’t know me, of course he chooses to believe her.
