I was stoked to come across Greenrock cycles whilst being repeatedly told that rentals were unavailable at more established services in Girona. Joe was extremely helpful & friendly even buying bags for us to rent and traveling a fair distance to meet us in person on picking up the bikes. My partner and I are total amateurs and attempting the pirinexus was probably a bit mad without any training. We called it quits about 3/4 into the route but for the most part the cycling was gravel or road. The bikes were fun and very capable but probably a little aggressive for our cycling level and comfort on these sections. Despite being a touch too aggressive for the majority of our riding I would still recommend them for this route as the bikes really shone when we hit the rocky downhill section that crosses back into Spain. My very cautious partner even found herself blasting down the hills. It would have been a long hard day with lots of hike a biking were it not for the aggressive geometry I suspect. Chris at Dos Off Track was also incredibly helpful - storing our backpacks for us, recommending local shops for equipment, and attaching our racks for us. All in all a fantastic service that enabled a real highlight in our time in Europe. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Outstanding support from Greenrock. What do you look for in a cycle support team? Route planning, logistics, professionalism, mechanical and first aid support—Greenrock deliver all of this, and more. They bring a sense of adventure, humour, flexibility and a real can-do attitude that makes a huge difference when plans need to adapt on the road. I first worked with them in 2017 on a two-week, 1,000+ mile ride from Glasgow to Lisbon with a large group of mostly inexperienced cyclists. As you’d expect, there were constant challenges—from mechanicals to a medical emergency—but Joe Mearns and his team handled everything calmly and professionally, ensuring it was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. We returned in 2023 for another major ride from Glasgow to Seville with a mixed-ability group. Once again, Greenrock managed everything seamlessly, even while supporting riders at very different levels. I can’t recommend Greenrock highly enough—first-class support from start to finish.
