A Rare 10-Star Business! It’s not often you come across a business that truly deserves 10 stars, but Atlas Vans is one of those rare gems. We ran into trouble with our Victron electrical system while traveling in our campervan—suddenly, no more power! Total panic, especially being in the middle of nowhere. We searched for a Victron expert and found Atlas Vans through the official dealer list. Fortunately, they’re based in Andorra—so taking a detour there was far from a punishment! Despite the short notice, the team at Atlas Vans kindly made time to look at our system. It turned out we had blown a fuse—a quick fix for them. But during their thorough inspection, they also discovered that our van builder had used the wrong cable thickness for our Multiplus 2 12/3000. This meant we couldn’t safely draw the full 2500 watts. They also recommended installing a physical battery switch for added safety and convenience. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.
