Last week I was about to buy an apartment in incles with "sothebys", price was 210k € I got warned by other agancies that they dubble charge comission both from seller and buyer. I thought impossible, but while getting the loan approved at the bak my mum found the same apartment with other agancies for 203k €. Felt so stupied and missled. Their answer was: the owner lowered the price without telling us. See attached pics. 🙄 Not a surprise though since a lot of friends who has baught house in andorra have the same unserious opinion about them. Watch out!
