-update 2025- These guys, Aries Beller immobilier, still have not sorted the mould issue. It appears they do whatever projects they want, and the President & VP of the buildings decide that benefits them. Truely disgusting people & behaviour. What comes around goes around, and karma can be cruel. -original review- It pains me to write a negative review as I never do, but in this instance, I must. Aries Belier up until 3 years ago performed great, pretty much impeccable as far as building management goes. However, this one instance of managing a leaking & mouldy locker in a building in La Cortinada has taken a breathtaking 1865 days and counting. For a leaking roof!!! They did actively try to fix it in 2022 (only a whopping 4 years after the issue was raised) and finally engaged the insurance Catalana Ocidente in 2023, but so far, this is unresolved I have been firm but fair with this family run business, but they do the famous we will not respond and give updates. I will provide an update if this gets fixed, but wow, so far disgraceful and such laziness or incompetence, as is Catalana Ocidente - nothing is proactive, sheer laziness from both parties. I will keep this U rated as I could rant and go R rated, but let's leave this as is for now...more to come!!!
