Solo van a facturar sin mirar por los negocios de su propia parroquia, bares tiendas etc. Dejas el coche un minuto sin ticket y ya te están multando. Y la zona comercial no la controlan nada, hay vehículos que se están allí media mañana.

My experience with the Andorran police was a total scam. As a tourist, I was parked near my hotel, and the exit led to a two-way street. From 8:00 to 9:30 AM, this street suddenly becomes one-way, marked by a manually placed sign written only in Catalan. How is a foreign visitor supposed to know such an absurd rule? The moment I turned the “wrong” way, the police pounced on me as if they were waiting to fine unsuspecting tourists. No warnings, no explanations—just a ridiculous 200€ fine (or 100€ if paid immediately). And because I was a foreigner, I had to pay right away, or my car would have been towed. When I wanted to contest the fine, they told me I had to pay 200€ and that my appeal must be made exclusively in Catalan, since the commune’s official language is Catalan only! This is an outright scam against tourists. How can a country that depends on tourism have such a hostile and inaccessible system? I also asked to see the camera footage and discovered I had left the parking lot at 8:01—literally one minute after the rule took effect. Instead of showing any common sense or decency, they enforced the fine without hesitation. One single minute! This experience completely ruined the end of my trip and left me with a deep resentment toward Andorra. I will never set foot in this country again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting. If you make even the smallest mistake, expect to be exploited.

Poca vergonya es el que son, multan a la gent metres esta treballant, per aparcar a un lloc on no molesta a ningú y ames a mes a plena nit, I porto un cartell conforme estic treballant, sou uns desgracias I punt, poca feina teniu.

A part de que em van posar 40€ en dissabte ( el día del meu cumple )...... PER no posar ticket . Tot lo demás correcte, gran facilitat a la web PER puguer pagar la multa......
