Hace unas semanas fui con mi marido para q le ajustarán unas gafas .la empleada las mirø.y al ver q no habían sido compradas allí nos dijo q no tenía las herramientas adecuadas ..Nos fuimos a la óptica Pasteur (tampoco eran compradas allí ) pero la dependienta nos ajustò.las gafas ,nos atendió con gran amabilidad y se negó a cobrarnos .Ya se donde compraremos mi familia ,amigos y conocidos nuestras próximas gafas y desde luego sabemos donde no .Soy del país ,vecina y ex_clienta del Porqueres ,si asi tratan ald cliente no quiero pensar como trataran a los q no lo son . Cuando uno tiene un negocio q ni destaca por nada ,q está en una calle secundaria ,.q sus productos están más buen.pasados de moda ,al menos podían ser un poco serviciales ,de lo contrario no creo q tarde en cerrar .

La verdad lo recomiendo! He ido a otras ópticas y cada año me notaba la vista mal y desde que fui con el mantengo la visión! Revisión super completa!

Dr. Porqueres gave me the most thorough, 4 hour eye exam I have ever received. For years I've seen opticians here in the USA who have not been able to get the prescription right. After Dr. Porqueres exam, he prescribed a completely different prescription, and the same for both eyes, on top of Carl Zeiss lenses. I paid for the glasses and they agreed to ship them to me in the USA, since I was not going to be around in 2 weeks, which is how long the Zeiss lenses would take to be ready. They mailed me the eyeglasses with a free box of new prescription contact lenses that was a nice addition. There was some problems with the delivery and Dr. Porqueres and his staff were right on it, contacting French post and preventing the package from being sent back. The contact lenses I had tried and I saw so much better than with my regular glasses that I decided to buy my regular glasses with them and I'm glad I did. This is the best prescription I have EVER been given. DR. Porqueres exhaustive exam and his expertise in choosing the right lens, resulted in the BEST GLASSES I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me right away when I told them I was visiting and my glasses broke. They didn't push any sales or exams on me, which was the reason I scheduled one. They were always very friendly and approachable, it felt like talking to friends. In all, my experience with this clinic has been one of the best experiences I have had in any eye clinic anywhere. I highly recommend Dr. Porqueres and his staff/clinic, this is world class eye care. I wish our standards here in the US where as high as Dr. Porqueres, maybe someday...

J'habite près de Toulouse. Mes problemes visuels n'étant pas resolu en France, Un ami m'a conseillé de venir chez un opticien optométriste, Ramon PORQUERES (Andorre la Vielle). Je ne peux que remercier cet optométriste (vision globale de mes problèmes corporels et visuels) et je dirais ce "BONHOMME" qui m'a rendu mon confort visuel et de vie de tous les jours. Très bon accueil, sympatique, professionnel TRÈS attentif, à l'écoute de mes problèmes de vue. Le bilan visuel dure environ 1h acec des explications simples, très accessibles pour moi. Une qualité remarquable de conseils pour l'achat de mes lunettes et de reglages a la livraison. Je conseille ce magasin même si je n'ais pas été remboursé par la "SÉCU" en France, ni par ma complémentaire....MAIS J'AI RETROUVÉ MA VUE CONFORTABLE :):):) Les vertiges et maux de tète ont disparus. Faites passer ce message. Cet personne mérite d'être connue. GG

Gràcies al Dr. Porqueres, optometrista format als Estats Units, vaig aconseguir corregir un problema visual greu que feia anys que arrossegava. L'atenció que dedica al pacient, la seva solvència professional, l'actualització constant dels seus coneixements i l'entusiasme que mostra per la seva feina són realment excepcionals. A això cal afegir-hi l'amabilitat de tot el seu equip i la bona selecció d'ulleres que ofereix. El recomano sense reserves.
